Return

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your order to us. Please note that the returned item including product packaging must reach us in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to the payment method selected when you placed your order. In case of any deterioration of the product due to use, we will not be able to refund your purchase. Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.

Afterwards you will receive a PDF document from us by mail, from which you can take the return address. The PDF must be enclosed with the package so that our warehouse can correctly allocate the order.
We recommend insured shipping. That way you can track your return and your shipment is insured by your shipping provider in case of loss. .

Please note that the buyer has to pay the costs for the return shipment.

If you paid with Paypal, you can have yourreturn shipping costs refunded by Paypal up to 12 times per year. You can find all the information here.
